  • Our daily school hours are 8:30 AM to 2:50 PM.

  • A free breakfast is available each morning at 8:00 a.m. for all students.

  • Students are allowed upstairs to their lockers at 8:20 AM and expected to be in their classes ready to work by 8:30 AM.

Location

IS 289 is located in beautiful north Battery Park City, one block from the Hudson River and right across from the Battery Park Ball Fields. Our school has easy connections to many subway and bus routes.
